Rodez Wine Fair (March 27–29): your seasonal accommodation
Grand Exceptional Dinner at the Rodez Wine Fair (Friday, March 27, 2026): stay overnight at Saisonnée (Centrès, Aveyron)
The Rodez Wine and Winemakers Fair celebrates its 20th anniversary and revives the tradition of the Grand Exceptional Dinner , organized on Friday evening, March 27, 2026 in the new reception hall of the Rodez Stud Farm .
Before the official opening of the fair (with 50 winemakers gathered at the village hall on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March 2026 ), this dinner promises a rare moment, designed for sharing, exchanges and the pleasure of being together.
For the occasion, chef Arnaud Lima and the wine merchants of Rodez have created a menu where each wine is paired with the dishes: aperitif, starters, main course, cheeses, desserts… an elegant and gourmet evening.
