Damien, a passionate chef
Damien, a qualified pastry chef, worked for over 10 years in gourmet restaurants in Lille, in northern France. Today, he shares his passion in Saisonnée, Aveyron, offering flavorful dishes inspired by the seasons and the rich local produce of the Aveyron region. His sincere and gourmet cuisine makes our guesthouse a must-visit for an authentic stay.

At Saisonnée, the table d'hôtes brings our guests together every evening around a single menu, which varies according to the inspiration, the market products and the chef's desires. This is an opportunity to share a friendly moment, to exchange ideas and to discover the local gastronomy of Aveyron.
