At Saisonnée , our guest house located in Centrès, in the Aveyron region , you can enjoy family-style cuisine that is generous and homemade , prepared with local and seasonal products .
Here, Damien, the house chef, puts his heart and soul into offering simple, tasty dishes inspired by our garden and the seasons of Aveyron .

👨🍳 Damien, the head chef of our guest table
A pastry graduate, Damien worked for 10 years as a pastry chef in gourmet restaurants, where the art of presentation held a central place.
He then spent 7 years working alongside restaurant owners as a food salesman, helping them to better manage their kitchens and satisfy their customers.
Today, he rediscovered the pleasure of cooking for sharing : a cuisine from the heart, sincere, gourmet, which is the soul of our guest table in Aveyron .

The set menu , typical of guesthouses , varies according to inspiration and local produce of the moment.

☀️ Served between 7:00 and 9:30.
Homemade jams, fruit from the garden, cakes prepared by Damien and local sweets.
Savory breakfast options are available (eggs, cold cuts, etc.).
Dinner – Table d'hôtes
🍷 Served at 7:30pm in our adjoining dining room.
👉 Reservations required the day before.
