Seasonal: our guest house in Aveyron

A family project born from the need to return to the essentials

We are Stéphanie and Damien, happy parents of Lola and Lise. Originally from Lille, we left the North in 2018 to live a first break near Perpignan, attracted by the sea and the sun.
These years have been rich and bright, but little by little, a need arose: to rediscover the essentials. More greenery, more simplicity, more authenticity.

From this quest was born a common project: to create a guest house dedicated to well-being, a place that connects people to nature, to themselves and to others.
Damien, a pastry chef by training, dreamed of rediscovering the pleasure of creating delicious treats and sharing them.
Stéphanie, who became a sophrologist, wanted to put her skills at the service of balance, calmness and rejuvenation.

As for our daughters, they immediately embraced the idea of a lively, warm place, surrounded by animals and open to human encounters.

It was in Centrès, in the heart of the Aveyron Ségala region, that our dream came to life.
From the first visit to the old Mouna Farm, we were touched by the soul of the building, the light on the valleys, the song of the birds, the depth of the story told by its owner.
We knew, instantly, that this was it: our future "home".

Today, Saisonnée embodies our values: love, authenticity, freedom, creativity and sharing — with humans, but also with the fauna and flora that surround us.
We are committed to welcoming our guests in a caring atmosphere, and to offering them much more than accommodation: a true wellness break in Aveyron, to slow down, reconnect and savor the richness of nature.

Welcome to our home. Welcome to your home. 🌿
