Table d’hôtes dinner
At Saisonnée, each meal is a moment of pleasure and sharing, an invitation to slow down and savor the moment.
Around our large table, we offer simple and generous home-style cooking, prepared with local and seasonal produce . Vegetables from the garden, farm cheeses, meats and charcuterie from the Ségala region, Damien's sweet treats… each dish tells the story of the land and is prepared with care and sincerity.
In a friendly, warm and authentic atmosphere, guests find themselves among friends, for a dinner where they take the time to exchange ideas, laugh and discover the flavors of Aveyron.
Breakfast
To start the day off right, we offer a simple, delicious and carefully prepared breakfast , served in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
You will find fresh and local produce there whenever possible :
crusty bread, pastries, butter, jams, honey, hot drinks (coffee, tea, herbal tea) and fruit juices.
Depending on the season and the inspiration of the moment, we also add a homemade touch : cake, brioche or other treat prepared on site.
A gentle moment to take the time, savor and enjoy the surrounding nature before setting off to discover Aveyron.
